Description
This metal badge commemorates the 1907 unveiling of the Jefferson Davis monument on Monument Avenue in Richmond, erected under the auspices of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. The bar pin that holds the pendant has two enameled flags—the Confederate battle flag and the Virginia state flag—flanking the initials U.D.C., for United Daughters of the Confederacy.
