A two-day seminar on genealogy with primary focus on Norfolk's Black community.
Attorneys, librarians, and professors of history and education will direct the
workshops, the techniques of which will be introduced into the public schools.
Keynote speakers were nicely complementary . Despite increased promotion,
attendance was half of the previous year's. The scholarly and the practical
were well-blended.
