Four one day meetings dealing with social, economic, political, and ecological aspects of rapid growth in Planning District 16. Eac hmeeting will begin with two addresses, one by an historian or philosopher, one by a policy maker, to be followed by workshops designed to encourage the development of college-community task forces to explore the issues further.
