The Current Issues Forum is sponsored by the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities and Public Policy and Averett College. This weekly radio program has been broadcast on Sunday evenings at 6:00 over WBTM since October 1976. The forum does not advocate specific positions on current issues but rather proposes to present all sides of these issues so that listeners may reach valid positions based upon reasoned thinking.
