<p>A sign designating Ridge McIntire Road, the four-lane road the city constructed through Vinegar Hill after it was razed, as “Vinegar Hill Boulevard.” Community organizer Mary Carey successfully advocated for the placement of two signs along the road to mark the previous location of the Vinegar Hill neighborhood.</p>
