Heart & Soil: Agricultural Folklife: 1997
This exhibit is about the lives of people living in an area of Virginia that lies south of the James River, west of Richmond and Emporia, east of Appomattox and Danville, and that extends to the North Carolina border. The upper part of this area is part of the Central Piedmont region of Virginia, while the lower half is considered part of Virginia's Southside region.
