Description
A series of four forums for Scott County citizens on the future of their community including questions of industrial development, resource and
urban planning, educational and creative activity and community health.
The sponsors organized the forums based on a needs/interest survey they conducted in the community. Experts and officials in each subject area spoke, with participation by humanists from history, philosophy, and
literature/drama, who examined traditional values and attitudes as a
means of determining priorities and identifying alternatives in the
formulation of local policies.
