1) VFH funds are intended to support the costs of the community meetings and the brochure. 2) VFH funds may not be used to pay salary for the project's financial officer or consultants' fees. 3) Funding is conditional on the submission and approval, by July 15, 2006 of an Addendum that clarifies the role of the project scholars, the structure of the community meetings, and the design, authorship, and contents (interpretive focus) of the brochure.
