1) This award is conditional upon the submission and approval, by January 30, 2002, of a detailed plan for promoting the program to a general public audience that includes the broadest possible cross-section of the Nelson County Community. 2) VFH funds budgeted for promotion are to be used to support these specific outreach strategies--not for consultants' fees. 3) VFH funds for honoraria and travel are to be used exclusively to support the contribution of the dialogue facilitator, humanities scholar(s), and "soundscapes" director.
